Store your mat in a beautiful and accessible way
Commit to a time of day to practice
Select a few (3-5) postures to focus on per week
Choose a number of breaths (5- 10) to hold each asana
Use a kitchen timer to give yourself a 5 minute savasana
Re-enter your day with mindfulness and energy
